How To Make Vegan Jerky In The Air Fryer – Super Simple Recipe – Tastes Amazing

 

In today’s video, I show you how to make easy and delicious Vegan jerky in the air fryer.

The brand of the soy curls that we’re using is Butler’s.

First we have to soak the soy curls in warm water for 10 minutes.

Now we have to drain the soy curls, and squeeze the remaining water out of them.

You can squeeze the water out by hand, with a cheese cloth, or, you can take the easy route and use a tofu press like we’re doing here.

Squeeze the soy curls in the tofu press for 20 minutes.

Now we drain out the water and remove the soy curls.

Marinade the soy curls for 15 minutes in any sauce you like.

You can marinade the soy curls even longer, if you want a fuller flavor.

We’re now going to put the sauced up soy curls in the air fryer.

Set the air fryer to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, and and let it run for 25 minutes.
