Number 1: Fry’s Woodfired Smokey BBQ Pizza
This was found in the freezer section at the Grocery Outlet here in Boise. $2.99 was the price. Normally we pay around $6.00 – $7.00 for the Amy’s frozen Vegan Pizza, so it was nice to find a cheaper alternative. Tasted great. I ended up going back to grab a few more for that price.
Number 2: Chameleon Peppermint Mocha Latte
Chameleon brand Organic Cold-Brew Oat Milk Latte. This was the Peppermint Mocha flavored latte. We grabbed this at the Grocery Outlet for $1.99. The peppermint and chocolate flavors were quite good but it was missing some sweetness in my opinion.
Number 3: Emerge Chick’n Grind
Simple Truth is the store brand for Kroger or as they are known in our area, Fred Meyer’s. $5.24 plus tax was the sale price. If I recall the regular price would have been $6.99. Aside from Tacos I really don’t even know what we will use this for. It was an impulse buy that we may end up regretting. We will post more pics of what we end up using it for later.
Number 4: Birthday Cake Blondie
These Greyston Bakery Vegan Birthday Cake Blondies are available through Whole Foods in our area. The have a few different Vegan options with their brownies. Their prices are reasonable at $1.99. We have tried three different Vegan brownies from this company now. They all have been very good. We recommend them.
Number 5: Perky Jerky
This Perky Jerky brand Plant Based Jerky was a new find for us both. The price on this product was $5.99. Overall as far as taste goes, this was not bad. Unless it’s on sale I don’t think I would pay that for such a low calorie snack. There are only two servings in the package at 70 calories each.
