Okay guys below is the recipe and its really simple. If you have never tried cardamom before than you are in for a nice surprise. The cardamom gives this smoothie an amazing boost to go along with the blueberries.
- 5-6 Ripe Bananas
 - 2 Cups Oat milk (or any plant milk)
 - 2 Cups Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
 - 1 tsp Cardamom
 - 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
 - 1-2 tbsp Molasses
 
Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!
