This is a smoothie I came up with recently. Although it might sound strange Thai basil is great is smoothies and particularly good with berries in my opinion. Try it though if you don’t believe me.
What you will need…
- 5-6 Bananas
- 32 oz Oat milk or any liquid
- 2 1/2 cups Strawberries
- 1 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seed
- 1/2 Cup fresh Organic Thai Basil
Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!
