Blueberry Cardamom Smoothie Recipe

Okay guys below is the recipe and its really simple. If you have never tried cardamom before than you are in for a nice surprise. The cardamom gives this smoothie an amazing boost to go along with the blueberries.

  • 5-6 Ripe Bananas
  • 2 Cups Oat milk (or any plant milk)
  • 2 Cups Blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 tsp Cardamom
  • 1 tbsp Ground Flax Seed
  • 1-2 tbsp Molasses

Blend to desired consistency and enjoy!
